曾仕鉴，字明吾，一字人倩。南海人。明神宗万历十三年（一五八五）举人。二十年（一五九二）任内阁中书，历官户部主事。时值倭寇入侵，赵文懿延仕鉴画策。仕鉴著《兵略》上之，宋经略应昌得之，疏请加仕鉴职衔。仕鉴官侍从，尤留意民瘼，锦衣千户韦梦麒请采珠，仕鉴即上疏止之。又疏修屯政。会差趱南直隶白粮，乘便南还，遂不复出。有《庆历》、《公车》、《洞庭》、《罗浮》、《和杜》诸集。清温汝能《粤东诗海》卷三九有传。
