（1540—1598）明广东澄海人，字仁卿。万历二年进士。历知万年、泰和二县，有惠政。官至南京吏部文选司郎中，佐尚书孙丕扬澄清吏治，苞苴不及其门。受业于永丰吕怀，深疾王守仁新说，上疏反对守仁从祀文庙。有《二程年谱》等。
