释惟尚（一○七四～一一四○），俗姓曹，临安盐官（今浙江海宁西南）人。七岁礼庆善寺元辩为师，多参各地尊宿。先后住临安府寿圣院（《咸淳临安志》作荐福寺，《五灯会元》作广福院）。为青原下十三世，保宁英禅师法嗣。高宗绍兴十年卒，年六十七。事见《咸淳临安志》卷八五《荐福寺纪文》载张九成《尚禅师塔记》，《嘉泰普灯录》卷九、《五灯会元》卷一六有传。今录诗三首。
