（1584—1626）苏州府吴县人，字景文，号蓼洲。万历四十一年进士。授福州推官。捕治税监高寀爪牙。天启中历文选员外郎，力杜请托，抑侥幸。不久辞官回乡。为人刚方贞介，疾恶如仇，曾手呼魏忠贤名，骂不绝口。魏党矫旨派旗尉赴苏逮捕，吴中为之发生民变。至京后，在狱中遇害。崇祯初谥忠介。有《烬余集》。
