元末明初北平人，字继本。李士赡子，少以诗名。顺帝至正十七年进士，授太常奉礼，兼翰林检讨。元末兵乱，隐居不仕。河朔学者多从之，以师道尊于北方。入明，曾出典涞水、永清县学。有《一山文集》。
