高堂出郭二舍近，午憩东阳安乐镇。双堤对峙似城墙，中坳一道如壕圳。
驱车下坂抵坳行，低平尽处还复登。半坳一门字斗大，滨盐沧盐两分界。
不知此是古黄河，且行且顾心疑怪。前询父老为予言，河北山东此处分。
滨隶河南沧隶北，河流已改界仍存。古河来自白马渡，东过开州城下去。
遂入沧河越鲁河，入海当年犹此处。自从六七十年来，南趋梁汴会于淮。
河患古来兖州极，今日兖州河道塞。忆昔初通禹贡时，道元渔仲遍参稽。
万语千言俱纸上，亲见亲闻今指掌。振古黄河北道流，渐渐南移天地秋。
今径与淮同入海，北行无用济河舟。世事古今大奇变，岂但蓬莱更清浅。
他年欲续《山海经》，聊述此诗纪闻见。

吴澄，字幼清，晚字伯清，学者称草庐先生，抚州崇仁（今江西崇仁县）人。平生著作有《吴文正集》100卷、《易纂言》10卷、《礼记纂言》36卷、《易纂言外翼》8卷、《书纂言》4卷、《仪礼逸经传》2卷、《春秋纂言》12卷、《孝经定本》1卷、《道德真经注》4卷等并行于世。吴澄是元代杰出的思想家、教育家，他与当世经学大师许衡齐名，并称为“北许南吴”，以其毕生精力为元朝儒学的传播和发展做出了重要贡献。
