边元勋（生卒年不详），字辅臣，丰州（今内蒙古呼和浩特）人，后迁云中（今山西大同）。与边元恕、边元鼎为边贯道之子，在金朝都有才名，号为“三边”。金太宗天会十年（1132）进士，官终河间路转运使。今存诗二首。生平及作品均见《中州集》卷八。
