亮（374-426年），字季友，北地郡灵洲县（今宁夏吴忠市）人，南朝宋大臣，东晋司隶校尉傅咸玄孙。博涉经史，尤善文辞。初为建威参军，为桓谦中军行参军。义熙中，累迁中书黄门侍郎 [1] 。刘裕即位，迁太子詹事，中书令，封建城县公，转尚书左仆射。宋少帝即位，进中书监、尚书令，领护军将军，寻行废立。宋文帝即位，加散骑常侍、左光禄大夫、开府仪同三司，进爵始兴郡公。元嘉三年（426），遭诛，时年五十三。
