赵功可（1246-1326），南宋末遗民词人。名宋安，字功可，号晚山，庐陵（今江西吉安）人。七岁丧父，由其祖父抚养成人，有文名，与其堂兄赵文并称“二赵先生”。布衣终身，平身交游詹玉，揭傒斯等人。今存词八首，词风苍劲。
