（1143—1194）温州平阳人，字子复。孝宗乾道间进士。为金华主簿，有吏才。赈衢州水灾，民赖以安。移临海县令。累迁国子监丞，坐试进士与知举者忤，罢职。起知全州，减郡费、宽商税，择学师教其子弟，自执经讲说。光宗绍熙提举浙东常平，令下而卒。有《监丞集》。
