高鹏飞，字南仲，馀姚（今属浙江）人。翥侄。生平仕履不详。曾与孙应时唱和（《次孙烛湖秋夜有感》），可知亦为孝宗时人。有《林湖遗稿》，已佚。仅高翥《信天巢遗稿》（亦名《菊涧集》）附录存诗十九首。文渊阁《四库全书》本《两宋名贤小集》卷三五一存诗同，文字多挖改错误。
