（约公元一一四七年前后在世）（文献通考作仲喆）字明远，号寓山，湖州人。生卒年均不详，约宋高宗绍兴中前后在世。绍兴年进士。淳熙间，以左奉议郎为江西漕司干官。因诗忤漕帅魏道弼被劾，夺三官。不得志以卒。作喆所著有寓山集三十卷，《文献通考》寓简十卷，《四库总目》考证有特识。
