（1079—1127）宋婺州浦江人，字和胜。徽宗崇宁五年进士。累迁中书舍人、给事中、礼部侍郎，以忤王黼夺职，知滁州。钦宗靖康元年，召为吏部尚书，旋改户部。金兵围京都，劝帝亲征，又请皇后、太子皆出避。京城失守，谋集兵夜袭金帅帐，迎徽、钦二帝还，谋泄未遂。金人命搜刮金帛，以数不足被杀。谥节悯。有《文安集》。
