李泳（？～一一八九？），字子永，号兰泽，扬州（今属江苏）人，家于庐陵（今江西吉安）。正民子，洪弟。尝官两浙东路安抚司准备差遣（《八琼室金石补正》卷一一五）。孝宗淳熙十四年（一一八七）知溧水县（《景定建康志》卷二七），淳熙末卒（宋洪迈《夷坚三志己序》）。有《兰泽野语》（同上书），及弟兄五人合集《李氏花萼集》（《直斋书录解题》卷二一），均佚。今录诗七首。
