商倚，淄川（今山东淄博）人。哲宗元祐中官太学博士。绍圣四年（一○九七）通判保州（《续资治通鉴长编》卷四九○）。徽宗建中靖国元年（一一○一）为殿中侍御史。崇宁三年（一一○四）入党籍。事见《元祐党人传》卷六。今录诗十八首。
