（1080—1127）宋开封人，字坦翁。以父荫补三班奉职。哲宗元符间，因上书言朝政阙失，编管新州，徽宗崇宁中入元祐党籍。后复官。钦宗靖康元年，以和议副使出使金，不为所屈，归除相州观察使。又扈从钦宗至金营，遂同被执。后因痛骂金人被杀。
