徐仲谋，祖籍通州静海（今江苏南通），父祐始迁苏州（清光绪《苏州府志》卷一一一）。仁宗庆历四年（一○四四），以广南东路提点刑狱降知邵武军（《续资治通鉴长编》卷一五三）。嘉祐间知建州（明嘉靖《建宁府志》卷五）。英宗治平元年（一○六四）知湖州，三年五月罢（《嘉泰吴兴志》卷一四）。今录诗二首。
