李弥正，字似表，吴县（今江苏苏州）人，一说长乐（今广东五华）人。徽宗宣和二年（一一二○）释褐。高宗绍兴三年（一一三三）为建昌军学教授。五年，除秘书省正字，充点检试卷官，兼史馆校勘（《建炎以来系年要录》卷六六、八五、九○、九一）。七年除著作佐郎（同上书卷一一五）。官终朝奉大夫。事见宋梁克家《淳熙三山志》卷二八、《南宋馆阁录》卷七。
