（?—1075）泉州晋江人，字宣甫。苏绅从弟。仁宗宝元元年进士。调广州南海主簿，不畏豪商大姓。累迁秘书丞，知英州。破侬智高建功。神宗熙宁初调广东钤辖。改知邕州，交趾兵围邕，缄率民抵抗，固守凡四旬，粮尽泉涸乃陷，阖门自焚死。谥忠勇。
