石懋，字敏若，自号橘林，芜湖（今属安徽）人。弱冠登哲宗元符三年（一一○○）进士。徽宗崇宁中再举博学宏词科，为密州教授。宣和间，因斥阉宦梁师成，被排摈。卒年三十四，有《橘林集》，已佚。事见清嘉庆《芜湖县志》卷八、卷一三。今录诗十二首。
