（1073—1146）宋景州阜城人，字彦游。哲宗元符间进士。徽宗宣和中判国子监，除河北提刑。金人南侵，弃官逃匿。高宗建炎中张悫荐知济南府，金人攻济南，豫杀守将关胜，降金。四年，金人册其为帝，国号“大齐”，都大名，后迁汴京。与其子刘麟时诱金人攻宋，且籍民兵三十万入寇，屡为韩世忠、岳飞、杨沂中等所败，金人诘其罪。绍兴七年，被废为蜀王，徙临潢，改封曹王。
