唐时升（1551～1636）明代学者。字叔达，号灌园叟，南直隶苏州府嘉定（今属上海）人，受业归有光，年未三十，弃举子业，专意古学，工诗文，用词清浅，善画墨梅。家境贫寒，然好助人，人称好施与。与娄坚、李流芳、程嘉燧合称“嘉定四先生”，又与里人娄坚、程嘉燧并称“练川三老”。
