张恪（一一二○～？），字季武，衢州江山（今属浙江）人。高宗绍兴十八年（一一四八）进士，时年二十九（《宋绍兴十八年同年小录》）。孝宗乾道元年（一一六五）除著作郎，旋致仕（《南宋馆阁录》卷七）。事见清康熙《江山县志》卷九。
