大风漭漭海西头，大鲸一去海门秋。鲛儿捧泪贝女愁，诗人摇笔凌沧洲。
洪涛连天天壁立，明朝挂席此登楼。读书万卷行万里，丈夫四方志弧矢。
为君慷慨歌西凉，西凉葡萄倾夜光。翩翩浊世平原君，哑哑娵隅蛮参军。
六年客舍忘晨夕，千秋选楼待平分。吾闻海西爱兰岛，江山岸兀拥左纛。
又闻海峡千艨艟，当年一炬定东风。恨不手持白玉杖，相从遍踏仙人掌。

苏镜潭（1883？～1939），字菱槎，福建晋江人。宿儒黄鹤门人，翰林苏廷玉之后。光绪廿八年（1902）举人（一说光绪十七年举人）。曾署晋江令三载，参与创办泉州国学书院，纂修《南安县志》。泉州温陵韬社成员。书斋署名「迟香楼」，为韬社聚会场所之一。大正十二年（1923）旅台期间，与林小眉酬唱，日课十诗，凡十日而各得百咏，颜曰《东宁百咏》。苏林二子才力相埒，百咏内容多咏台湾历史风俗。其诗除《东宁百咏》发行单行本外，多刊载于台湾报纸杂志。
