译文
叹息着这年老的身体怎么能像年一样循环更新呢。
在石门旁思索了很久要不要隐退，看见铜镜里年老的容貌忍不住再三窥视。
花又开了，路旁移来了新的树，我心里知道这是故国的春天来了。
谁能来扫平心中的不满呢？反正不是佛教的。
注释
嗟：叹息。
龙钟身：年老的身体。龙钟，年迈。
谁能……北宗人：当时国家正遭受战火，此句表现自己身为佛教中人对战争的无能为力。
北宗：佛教禅宗的一派，以神秀为代表。

贾岛（779～843年），字浪（阆）仙，唐代诗人。汉族，唐朝河北道幽州范阳县（今河北省涿州市）人。早年出家为僧，号无本。自号“碣石山人”。据说在洛阳的时候后因当时有命令禁止和尚午后外出，贾岛做诗发牢骚，被韩愈发现其才华。后受教于韩愈，并还俗参加科举，但累举不中第。唐文宗的时候被排挤，贬做长江主簿。唐武宗会昌年初由普州司仓参军改任司户，未任病逝。
