译文
一树树杨柳披拂着新火的轻烟，沿随着官墙透迤蜿蜒；杏仁麦粥香气溢散，家家户户互相馈送，一片腾欢。
都城南京的城郭四周，举目但见无尽的青山；节逢清明，更令客子无不把家乡深深怀念。
看那卞壶祠边春草迷乱，莫愁女的故居前已被落花铺满。
幸亏还有馆中诸公共同作伴，不妨打来美酒痛醉一番。
注释
馆中诸公：即史馆中一同修史的宋濂、王祎、朱右等十六人。馆：指翰林院国史编修馆。
新烟，古时风俗，清明前一天为寒食节，禁火冷食，次日重新生火，故曰新烟。禁垣（yuán）：皇宫的围墙。
杏酪（lào）：传统习俗，在寒食三日作醴酪，又煮粳米及麦为酪，捣杏仁作粥。
白下：南京的别称。
卞（biàn）侯：卞侯即晋朝的卞壶。他曾任尚书令，后来在讨伐苏峻的叛乱中战死，被埋葬于白下。
卢女：即莫愁，古代善歌的女子。
待诏：明代翰林院所设官职，主管文件奏疏。此指修史。
京华：即京都。

清明呈馆中诸公创作背景
诗人高启于明太祖洪武三年（1370年）在南京与宋濂等人编修《元史》始成，其正值清明时节，诗人与翰林同官唱和玩乐，写下了这首诗。创作背景

清明呈馆中诸公鉴赏
清明节，旧时风俗为人们扫基祭祖的日子，所以最易触发客居在外的游子的乡思。这首诗所抒写的心情也大抵如此，只是它表现得特别含蓄委婉、曲折隐微，在高启的律诗中又是一种格调。
“清明无客不思家”，既曰“无客不”，自然也包括作者自己在内。不过，全诗直接抒写思家之情语，仅此一句，其余则着力描写最物，如垂柳、杏酪、青山、芳草、落花等，可谓色彩缤纷，明丽如画，甚至有画所难到者。但这一切，似并未使作者陶醉，从而消释其思家之情，相反地，见景生情，反而更衬托、引发了他的思乡情。
官墙外的垂柳，丝丝弄碧，新烟萦绕；人家所精心制作的杏酪，散发出阵阵的芳香。这风光节物无不在告诉作者清明节的到来，自然也会唤起他往岁在家乡与家人共度佳节的种种回忆。这一来，客居青山环绕的京师金陵的作者，自然便思念起家乡来了。
“卞侯墓下迷芳草，卢女门前映落花”，五、六两句，意更深曲复杂。迷芳草，芳草萋萋，一片凄迷，化用《楚辞·招胞士》语：“王孙游兮不归，春草生兮婆婆。”已寓有思归之意。而作者偏又以芳草与卞侯墓并置，以落花与莫愁女映照，似更富有富贵难久恃，盛时难长留的感慨。
作者来京前曾写道：“北山恐起移文诮，东观惭叨论议名。”（《被诏将赴京师御别亲友》）于《赴京道中逢还乡友》诗中又曾写道：“我去君却归，相逢立途次。欲寄故乡言，先询上京事。”对自己来京任职内心显然已有矛盾和疑虑。加之写罢此诗后仅四个月，朱元璋召见作者，面授户部侍郎，他却固辞不受，遂被放还。因而，在他的思家之情中交织有上述的感慨，就是很自然的事了。也正是因此，他才写出了末尾两句的强自宽慰之词：幸而有几位同院的故友，可与沽酒共饮，一醉京华。其意正是针对暗含于上述节物风光描写中的寡欢、不幸心情而言，而“醉京华”之“醉”，也是为了谴闷宽怀而醉，而非缘欢快而取醉。

高启（1336－1373）汉族，江苏苏州人，元末明初著名诗人，与杨基、张羽、徐贲被誉为“吴中四杰”，当时论者把他们比作“明初四杰”，又与王行等号“北郭十友”。字季迪，号槎轩，平江路（明改苏州府）长洲县（今江苏省苏州市）人；洪武初，以荐参修《元史》，授翰林院国史编修官，受命教授诸王。擢户部右侍郎。苏州知府魏观在张士诚宫址改修府治，获罪被诛。高启曾为之作《上梁文》，有“龙蟠虎踞”四字，被疑为歌颂张士诚，连坐腰斩。有《高太史大全集》、《凫藻集》等。
