译文
燕子呢喃，春光迷人。白昼忽然交长。看园林景色。繁花盛开如一片绚丽多彩的锦绣。海棠经过一番春雨．如胭脂一般红艳的花瓣被雨浸透。柳叶展开宫眉。翠叶拂弄行人的头。
到郊外去踏青，恣意歌唱牵手。我已经醉意醺醺。还想寻找美酒。问牧童，他遥遥指着远处的孤村说：“杏花深处的人家有。”
注释
锦缠道：词牌名，又名《锦缠头》、《锦缠绊》。双调六十六字，上片六句四仄韵，下片六句三仄韵。
呢喃：形容小声说话，轻声细语。
宫眉：古代皇宫中妇女的画眉。这里指柳叶如眉。
翠：指柳叶之色。
踏青：即游春。

锦缠道·燕子呢喃创作背景
《古今诗话》一书，今不见传本，《苕溪渔隐丛话》、《诗话总龟》屡引之，为李颀著，颀曾以诗上东坡，东坡次其韵，则颀为熙宁、元丰间人。此词必作于神宗以前。

锦缠道·燕子呢喃鉴赏
上片着意描写春景。“燕子呢喃，景色乍长春昼”，点明时节是早春，时间是白昼。
“睹园林”以下描写春色蓬勃的园林。“万花如绣”运用比喻总括春色，表现出大自然旺盛的生机。“海棠经雨胭脂透。柳展宫眉，翠拂行人首”，这是在总括之后具体描写海棠花以及柳条。词人用拟人的手法，将海棠拟为胭脂、柳叶比作宫眉。“胭脂透”写出了经雨后海棠的鲜艳色泽；而一个“翠”字则将柳叶碧嫩的颜色写了出来。红花碧柳，两相映衬，十分耀目，显现出一派生机盎然的春色。
下片着重抒发游兴。“向郊原踏青，恣歌携手”，说明踏青者并非一人，而是一群人手拉着手集体出游。这两句既点明了郊游之乐，又将载歌载舞的郊游场面描写得十分热闹。“醉醺醺、尚寻芳酒”，本就已经醉意醺醺了，可郊游之人还要寻醉，足见其不拘形迹、恣纵狂放的情态。“问牧童”三句，化用杜牧《清明》一诗中“借问酒家何处有，牧童遥指杏花村”句意，将踏青的欢畅意绪推至最高点。
全词围绕着“春游”这个题目层层深入，写尽春色，写尽游人的雅兴。不论是写景，还是抒情．都写得有声有色，情景交融，淋漓尽致，真实地再现了作者生活时代人们的情趣，流露出作者对这种生活的向往和追求。从审美的角度看，这首词所表现的思想情趣和艺术功力，都属上乘之作，值得借鉴。

宋祁（998～1061）北宋文学家。字子京，安州安陆（今湖北安陆）人，后徙居开封雍丘（今河南杞县）。天圣二年进士，官翰林学士、史馆修撰。与欧阳修等合修《新唐书》，书成，进工部尚书，拜翰林学士承旨。卒谥景文，与兄宋庠并有文名，时称“二宋”。诗词语言工丽，因《玉楼春》词中有“红杏枝头春意闹”句，世称“红杏尚书”。
