董以宁（约公元一六六六年前后在世），字文友，武进（今江苏省武进市）人，清代初期诗人。性豪迈慷慨，喜交游，重然诺。明末为诸生。少明敏，为古文诗歌数十万言，尤工填词，声誉蔚然。与邹只谟齐名，时称“邹董”。又与陈维崧及只谟有才子之目。著有《正谊堂集》和《蓉度词》。其中《蓉度词》中大量的“艳体词”作品又尤为学界所争议。
