译文
西湖的夏日天空白云万里，微风轻轻的吹拂，是人们喝酒避暑争着去的好地方。倒映在水里的都是漂亮的新妆 ，在欢乐地歌舞声下西湖的水都在振动。今晚这么高兴就留在这里不要把船摇回去了，在这里到处吹的都是带着莲花香味的凉风。不如就在这儿枕着莲花的香味入梦。
注释
薛昂夫：元代散曲家。他用(山坡羊)的曲调写了春、夏、秋、冬的西湖四季景色。这是第二首。
晴云轻漾：晴空白云轻轻飘荡，
熏风无浪：带着香气的微风不起风浪。
笙歌鼎沸南湖荡：各种乐器声和歌声把湖水振得就像锅里在沸腾的水一样，喻西湖夏夜十分热闹。
入梦香：指闻着莲花的香气入睡。

薛昂夫(1267—1359) 元代散曲家。回鹘（即今维吾尔族）人。原名薛超吾，以第一字为姓。先世内迁，居怀孟路（治所在今河南沁阳）。祖、父皆封覃国公。汉姓为马，又字九皋，故亦称马昂夫、马九皋。据赵孟頫《薛昂夫诗集序》（《松雪斋文集》），他曾执弟子礼于刘辰翁(1234～1297)门下，约可推知他生年约在元初至元年间。历官江西省令史，佥典瑞院事、太平路总管、衢州路总管等职。薛昂夫善篆书，有诗名，诗集已佚。诗作存于《皇元风雅后集》、《元诗选》等集中。
