译文
我一进李监你家就感觉到王孙贵裔的风韵，豪门大家的气派十足。
门后的屏风上画着开屏的金孔雀,内室里，棉被上绣着盛开的玉芙蓉。
桌上摆放着美味的双鱼，味道十分香浓。
家门庭喜气洋洋，原来是女儿新近嫁了个乘龙快婿，可喜可贺！
豪华的馆舍春风四起，高高的楼阁把云雾刺穿。
户外一丛丛七彩鲜花相互辉映，一双双娇燕飞入珠帘，回到梁上的老巢。
李公谈吐不凡，令满座一见倾倒；虚怀若谷，十分爱惜人才。
你虽然像骐骥一样为沉重之盐车所累，但是终有一天会有大任，因为毕竟是来自汉庭的天马啊！
注释
李监，指李令问，唐宗室子弟，曾任秘书监，故称李监。
王孙：李令问是宗室子弟，故称。
“屏开”句：《旧唐书》记载，高祖皇后窦氏的父亲，在门屏上画两只孔雀，给前来求婚的人两只箭，私约射中者招之。高祖发两箭，俱中，因招为婿。此用其事，言李氏则婿之雅也。
“且食”句：乃翻《孟子》舍鱼取熊掌语。
“门阑”句：庾信诗：“诘旦启门阑。”《礼记》：“乃有喜色。”
华馆春风：刘帧诗：“华馆寄流波，豁达来风凉。”曹植诗：“春风起兮萧条。”
杂花：丘迟书：“杂花生树，群莺乱飞。”魏澹诗：“映户落残花。”
一见能倾座：吴迈远诗：“一见愿道意。”《司马相如传》：“一座尽倾。”
“盐车”句：《战国策》云，骐骥驾盐车，上吴板，迁延负辕而不能进。此用其意，以比李令问官职闲冷。

杜甫（712－770），字子美，自号少陵野老，世称“杜工部”、“杜少陵”等，汉族，河南府巩县（今河南省巩义市）人，唐代伟大的现实主义诗人，杜甫被世人尊为“诗圣”，其诗被称为“诗史”。杜甫与李白合称“李杜”，为了跟另外两位诗人李商隐与杜牧即“小李杜”区别开来，杜甫与李白又合称“大李杜”。他忧国忧民，人格高尚，他的约1400余首诗被保留了下来，诗艺精湛，在中国古典诗歌中备受推崇，影响深远。759-766年间曾居成都，后世有杜甫草堂纪念。
