（1315—1367）元温州平阳人，字子上，号不系舟渔者。顺帝至正十四年进士。授庆元路录事，明敏刚决。不满三年，自免去。再授慈溪县尹，亦不就。方国珍欲招致之，无从得。平阳陷，浮海过山东，谒河南王扩廓帖木儿，论江南虚实，陈天下之安危。扩廓欲官之，会疾作卒。有《不系舟渔集》、《子上存稿》。
