[唐]（约公元七五六年前后在世）字幼嗣，润州延陵人，包融之子。生卒年均不详，约唐玄宗天宝末前后在世。与弟佶俱以诗名，时称“二包”。天宝七年，（公元七四八年）登进士。会师事孟浩然，授格法。与李嘉佑相友善。大历中，仕至起居舍人。河著有诗集一卷，《文献通考》行于世。
