费冠卿（约公元八一三年前后在世）唐代著名的隐士，字子军，别号征君，青阳县人。唐元和二年（807）及第进士，居长安待授官职。悉母病危，不及告假，即星夜驰归。至家，母已安葬，悲恸欲绝，遂于母墓旁结庐守孝三年。嗣后，隐居九华山刘冲，长庆二年（822），唐穆宗征召费冠卿入京任右拾遗， 婉辞不就，终生绝迹仕途，逝后葬于鸡母山拾宝岩。
