（1596—1647）明末广东南海人，字集生，号秋涛。万历四十七年进士。授编修。天启四年典浙江乡试，发策刺魏忠贤，削籍。崇祯初起故官，累迁礼部右侍郎，以故除名归。南明弘光帝起为礼部尚书，未至，南京已陷，桂王朱由榔称帝肇庆，授为东阁大学士兼兵部尚书。起兵攻广州，兵败被执死。谥文忠。有《云淙集》、《练要堂稿》、《南宫集》。
