吴仕训，字光卿。潮阳人。吴从周之子。明神宗万历二十五年（一五九七）举人，初署教福安，升柳城知县。曾任乡试同考官，所取多知名士。转任福州府同知。清操自持，以疾告归。著作甚多，曾与修福安、潮阳邑志。年八十六卒。清康熙《潮州府志》卷九上、清乾隆修《潮州府志》卷二九有传。
