（约108—201）东汉京兆长陵人，字邠卿。初名嘉，字台卿。初仕州郡，以廉直疾恶，为人忌惮。桓帝永兴二年辟司空掾。历皮氏长、京兆尹功曹等职。因贬议宦官唐衡，家属宗亲皆遭杀害。避祸变姓名，卖饼于北海。衡死乃出，三府并辟，拜并州刺史，坐党事免。灵帝时复遭党锢十余年。献帝时征拜议郎，迁太常。有《孟子章句》、《三辅决录》。
