赵崇鉘，字元治（一作元冶），南丰（今属江西）人。以兄（崇嶓）荫补官。曾知都昌县，南康军司户，通判南安。宋亡隐居以终。传世有《鸥渚微吟》一卷。事见《江西诗徵》卷一八。 赵崇鉘诗，以汲古阁影宋《六十家集》为底本。校以影印文渊阁《四库全书》之《江湖小集》（简称江湖集）、《两宋名贤小集》（简称名贤集）。
