赵伯溥，字时泽，太祖七世孙（《宋史》卷二一九《宗室世系表》五）。高宗绍兴二十四年（一一五四）进士。孝宗淳熙十四年（一一八七）知饶州（《宋会要辑稿》职官七二之四七）。事见《历朝上虞诗集》卷三。今录诗五首。
