（190—249）三国魏南阳宛人，字平叔。何进孙。随母为曹操收养。少以才秀知名。娶魏公主。美姿容，面白，人称“傅粉何郎”。齐王芳正始中，曹爽辅政，累官散骑侍郎、尚书，典选举，晋人傅咸谓其所用官吏皆能称职。赐爵列侯。坐曹爽同党，为司马懿所杀。好《老》、《庄》，援老入儒，其说以贵无为本。与夏侯玄、王弼等倡玄学，事清谈，形成一时风气。撰有《论语集解》等。
