谢颖苏（1811～1864），初字采山，后改管樵、琯樵，号北溪渔隐，又号懒云，亦称懒云山人、懒翁。清福建诏安人。父声鹤，能诗。少负奇气，工技击，精书画，尤善水墨竹兰，为闽派代表画家。咸丰七年（1857）来台，先后寓居台南吴尚沾举人家、台南海东书院、板桥林本源家，并曾北游三貂岭，时与大龙峒文士往来。后又往新竹潜园为客。流寓四年，台北李学樵、新竹李逸樵等均追随之，为当代流寓画家中之最具影响力者，其书画台人多有收藏。回内地后，入彰化林文察提督戎幕，殉于漳州万松关之役，士论壮之 。
