曾慥（？—1155年）为南宋初道教学者。字端伯，号至游子，晋江（今福建泉州）人。生卒年不详。北宋大臣曾公亮裔孙。曾官至尚书郎、直宝文阁。晚年隐居银峰，潜心修道，主张“学道以清净为宗，内观为本”，编成《道枢》四十二卷，选录大量修道养生术，包括义理、阴符、黄庭、太极、服气、大丹、炼精、胎息、金碧龙虎、铅汞五行等。曾慥死后被列为理学名臣，进祀乡贤祠。
