（1273—1355）宁国宣城人，字叔志，号堪老真逸。仁宗延祐五年进士。授岳州路同知，历南安、信州、平江三路总管府推官，治狱明敏。调兖州知州，除国子司业，与修辽金宋三史，书成，迁集贤直学士，寻以礼部尚书致仕。与张师愚合编有《宛陵群英集》。卒谥文节。
