谷子敬（生卒年不详） 金陵（今南京）人。明代戏曲作家。元末官至枢密院掾史。明洪武元年(1368)因是元代旧臣充军源时，伤一足，终生悒郁。其作品中有涉于明洪武二十四年事，可知其卒年当在此年之后。所作杂剧五种，今仅存吕洞宾三度城南柳一种。《元曲选》太和正间谱评为“如昆山片玉。”并评曰：“其词理温润，如镠琳琅玕，可荐为郊庙之用，诚美物也。”明李开先在《词谑》中亦说：“《吕洞宾三度城南柳》次套，谷子敬生平得意词也。”谷子敬除杂剧外，尚有二套散曲存世。《录鬼簿续编》记谷子敬作散曲曾云：“蒙下堂伤一足，终身有忧色，作《耍孩儿》乐府十四煞，以寓其意，极为工巧，惜此曲不传。”
