郑国藩（一八五七—一九三七），字晓屏，号似园老人。潮州人。清光绪年间拔贡。曾执教于汕头岭东同文学堂、潮州金山书院，民国七年（一九一八）出任广东省立金山中学代理校长。有《似园文存》三册。郑国藩诗，以民国二十四年（一九三五）其学生杨世泽、蔡丹铭所辑《似园文存》中《似园老人佚存诗稿汇钞》为底本。
