明朝大清官海瑞一生十分清廉，心中始终装着老百姓，担任淳安县知县时，采取丈实田亩，大大减轻农民负担，因而得罪了总督胡宗宪，海瑞被嘉靖皇帝关入大牢，直到72岁才被重新启用，但他始终以为民请命为己任。
