仙山楼阁的典故

传说古代齐威王、齐宣王、燕昭王等均派人到东海上的蓬莱、方丈、瀛洲三座仙山去求长生不老的仙药，远远望去山上禽兽都是白色的，宫殿都是黄金白银砌成的。远看如云，到面前则见神仙住在水下，到山上就隐去，他们还是没有办法得到。
